Planetary Transits for September 18th — September 24th
(Interpretations based on the Systemsʻ Approach to Vedic Astrology)
Notes: Jupiter and Mercury remain in a close mutual aspect until September 22nd. This connects law, justice, business, finance, technology and communications. The impact is favorable mostly for Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Pisces rising sign persons. Other rising signs should exercise care and patience.
Transits for this Week:
Sun transits Virgo, from 01:06 to 07:56°. Sun is weak in degrees until September 22nd. Be patient with presidents, physicians, administrators and governments.
Moon is waning and transits Gemini, Cancer and Leo. Moon, in Cancer, is in its own sign, September 20 – 22. This should be favorable for emotions, creativity, and peace of mind.
Mars transits Taurus, from 20:51 to 23:46°. Mars is outside the orb of influence of other planets and is in good strength. This should be favorable for the police, military, athletes, surgeons, executives, and engineers, along with property matters.
Mercury transits its exaltation sign, Virgo, from 11:13 to 04:03°. This should be favorable for stocks, business, technology, and communications. Mercury is in retrograde motion until October 2nd. Aries, Libra, and Aquarius rising sign persons should be patient whenever Mercury is within five degrees of any planet in their horoscope, or their rising sign degree, by aspect or conjunction.
Mercury remains under the close seventh aspect of Jupiter until September 22nd. Taurus, Cancer, and Capricorn rising sign persons, companies and countries, (including USA, Russia and Ukraine) should be careful and patient.
Jupiter transits its own sign, Pisces, from 10:40 to 09:44°. Jupiter is in excellent strength. This should be favorable for law and justice. Jupiter is under the close seventh aspect of Mercury until September 22nd. This is favorable for nine rising signs. Aries, Libra and Aquarius rising sign persons, companies and countries, however, should be careful and patient.
Jupiter is in retrograde motion until November 23rd. Contrary to popular belief, this is not a problem in general. Taurus, Cancer and Capricorn rising sign persons, companies and countries (including USA, Russia and Ukraine), however, should be careful and patient when Jupiter is within five degrees of their rising sign degree in any house, or any planet, by aspect or conjunction.
Venus transits out of Leo and into its debilitation sign, Virgo, September 24th. Venus is under the fifth aspect of Rahu September 13 – 21. Take care of the women in your life and be patient with medicine, romance, luxuries, weather, architecture, and the fine, healing or performing arts.
Saturn transits Capricorn, from 25:23 to 25:03°. Saturn is weak in degrees until late September. There may be some weakness for the masses, the elderly, the poor and needy, and working-class persons, along with manufacturing, agriculture and the oil, gas and minerals industries.
Saturn is in retrograde motion until October 23rd. Contrary to popular belief, this is not a problem for most people. The impact is primarily for Cancer, Virgo and Pisces rising sign persons, companies and countries (including USA and Russia) – and ONLY when Saturn is within five degrees of the rising sign degree, or any other planet, by aspect or conjunction.
Rahu and Ketu transit Aries and Libra, respectively, from 20:30 to 19:50°. People, companies, and countries with planets or rising signs between 17 and 21 degrees in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius should be careful and patient.
The Impact of the Transit Planets for each “Rising Sign” (not “Sun Sign”)
Aries: Be patient for a few days with marriage, partnerships, joint ventures, father figures and long-distance travel. These – along with pets, children, education and investments — may involve debts, disputes, health or legal issues. Focus on your wealth, status and family life through mid-October. Income and friendships remain favorably connected with your career through November. There may be expenses or separations with father/religious figures through mid-April. Taurus: Be patient for a few days with debts, disputes, health or legal issues. Continue to take care of pets, children, education and investments through September 22nd. Consider retreats, ashrams or international ventures through October 15th. Be competitive — but patient with expenses and separations. There may be gains from large organizations or authority figures. Focus on stocks, business, technology, communications and intellectual property through October 22nd. Good fortune is likely with your career through mid-January. There may be a marriage, windfall, legal or insurance settlement through March 2023. Teach, publish and advise.
Gemini: Be patient for a few days with pets, children, education and investments. Connect with women and the fine, healing or performing arts. Work out of your home on independent projects associated with large organizations or authority figures. Enjoy property, vehicles, home life, partnerships and joint ventures through September 22nd. From now until mid-October, work out of your home on business, technology and communications – and be patient with income and friendship. Take care with father figures and long-distance journeys through mid-January. Count on success at work associated with partnerships, joint ventures or foreign lands – through next March. Teach, publish, consult and advise.
Cancer: Be patient for a few days with property, transportation and home life. Shift your focus to independent projects connected with large organizations and authority figures. Continue to be vigilant to manage debts or disputes with communications. Pursue writing, business, technology and intellectual property – and expect professional gains through mid-October. Connect with older people and exercise patience with relationships through mid-January. You have protection against debts, disputes, health or legal issues through next March — except when Jupiter is close to your rising sign degree or any other planet in your horoscope by aspect or conjunction.
Leo: Continue to be patient for a few days with communications and entrepreneurial ventures. Focus on your wealth, status and family life through mid-October. Capricorn: Continue to be patient with your career for a few days to manage setbacks and to avoid accidents. Wealth, status and family life are favorable and forefront through mid-January.
