Refund and Cancellation Policy for Planetary Sara Consultations 

Your purchase of an astrological consultation indicates that you have read through the information on our website and agree to it and that you are committed to this process. All readings are done face to face over Zoom and can be booked using my online Calendly link. This is the quickest way to get your consultation completed.

Email and pre-recorded video readings are also available upon request, but are done on a first come first serve basis. Please allow up to 1 month for these types of readings to be completed. Refunds will not be given based on not wanting to wait for the reading or changing your mind.

In general these guidelines apply for consultation refunds:

• The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. If a reading has not been returned to a client within 1 month they can also request a refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. Please note I always try my hardest to get readings back to clients in a timely manner, but I do not like to rush. Each reading deserves my full attention to detail. • Refunds are never given for work that has already been completed or readings that have already been sent to the client. This includes if you realize you gave incorrect birth information. Please always verify your birth information is correct before purchasing a reading.
• Refunds are never given for unused classes or planetary planning packages. Sessions will expire after 6 months (unless you have paid for a 12 month package in which case they will expire after 12 months).
• If you book a Zoom consultation and miss the appointment you may reschedule but there is no guarantee you will get an appointment as quickly as you’d like as I have others waiting in line for appointments and have limited availability.
