Refund and Cancellation Policy for PlanetarySara Consultations

By purchasing an astrological consultation from PlanetarySara, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the information provided on our website, and you are committed to the consultation process. Consultations are conducted face-to-face via Zoom and can be scheduled through our online Calendly link, which is the most efficient method for securing your appointment.

We also offer email and pre-recorded video readings upon request. These readings are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and may take up to one month to complete. Please note that refunds will not be issued for requests based on impatience or change of mind regarding the waiting period.

Refund Guidelines:

  1. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase and request a refund. The refund will be processed less a 5% transaction fee.
    • If a reading has not been delivered to the client within one month, a refund request may be made, also subject to a 5% transaction fee. Please be aware that while we strive to complete readings promptly, each reading requires thorough attention to detail and cannot be expedited unduly.

  2. Completed Work:

    • Refunds will not be provided for work that has already been completed or for readings that have already been sent to the client. This policy includes situations where incorrect birth information was provided. Please ensure that all birth information is accurate before making a purchase.

  3. Unused Classes and Packages:

    • Refunds will not be issued for unused classes or planetary planning packages. Sessions associated with these packages will expire after six months, unless a 12-month package has been purchased, in which case they will expire after twelve months.

  4. Missed Appointments:

    • If you miss a scheduled Zoom consultation, you may reschedule; however, there is no guarantee of immediate availability due to other appointments and limited scheduling slots.
