• Sun transits Pisces, from 11:52 to 18:47°.  Sun is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This should be favorable for leaders, surgeons, physicians, administrators and governments.
• Moon is waxing and transits Aries, Taurus, and Gemini. Moon, in Taurus, is exalted, March 28 – 30. This may reduce emotional stress and ease worry and fear.
• Mars transits Capricorn, from 02:39 to 07:31°. Mars is closely conjunct Saturn until April 8^th. Cancer, Virgo and Pisces rising sign persons, companies and countries, (including USA), are likely under stress.
• Mercury transits Aquarius from 14:13 to 22:44°. Mercury is outside the orb of influence of other planets.
