Planetary Transits for November 20th – November 26th
(Interpretations based on the Systemsʻ Approach to Vedic Astrology)
Notes: Mercury and Venus are closely conjunct until December 9th. Aries, Taurus, Libra, Scorpio, Aquarius and Pisces rising sign persons, companies and countries (including India) should be careful and patient.
Rahu and Ketu remain stationary in the 19-degree range until Nov. 29th. The prolonged (10-week) transit of Rahu and Ketu is not ideal worldwide – and involves sudden fluctuations. Be careful and patient; do not take risks or chances.
People, companies and countries with rising signs between 17 and 21 degrees, or with planets between 17 and 21 degrees in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius should be especially careful and patient.
Transits for this Week:
Sun transits Scorpio, from 03:42 to 10:44°. This should be favorable for leaders, presidents, surgeons, administrators and government officials. Sun is under the ninth aspect of Jupiter until November 25th. Taurus, Cancer, and Capricorn risings sign persons, companies and countries (including USA, Russia and Ukraine) should be careful and patient.
Moon is waning/waxing and transits Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius. The new Moon is in Scorpio, November 23rd. Moon is in its debilitation sign, Scorpio, November 23 – 25. Watch your emotional state and be vigilant in crowds and around volatile persons.
Mars transits Taurus, from 28:21 to 26:05°. Mars is weak in degrees until November 30th. Be patient with the police, military, athletes, surgeons, executives, engineers, and property matters. Mars remains in Taurus until Mars 13th. Gemini, Libra and Sagittarius rising sign persons, companies and countries need to be patient with income and friendships; partnerships and joint ventures; and children and investments, respectively.
Mercury transits Scorpio, from 10:19 to 21:04°. This should be favorable for stocks, business, technology and communications. Mercury is closely conjunct Venus until December 9th. Taurus, Scorpio and Pisces rising sign persons, companies and countries (including India) should be careful and patient.
Jupiter transits its own sign, Pisces, from 04:38 to 04:38° (stationary). This remains favorable for law and justice – and sheds light on the illicit activities of deceptive and manipulative persons and organizations (e.g., those involved in the Jan. 6th insurrection and other illegal or fraudulent practices.)
Jupiter is in retrograde motion until November 23rd. Taurus, Cancer and Capricorn rising sign persons, companies and countries (including USA, Russia and Ukraine) should be careful and patient when Jupiter is within five degrees of their rising sign degree in any house, or any planet, by aspect or conjunction.
Venus transits Scorpio, from 10:50 to 19:34°. This should be favorable to women, luxuries, weather, transportation, entertainment and the fine, healing and performing arts. Venus is closely conjunct Mercury until December 9th. Aries, Libra and Aquarius rising sign persons, companies and countries should be careful and patient.
Saturn transits Capricorn, from 25:05 to 25:26°. This should be helpful for the masses, the elderly, the poor and needy, and working-class persons, along with manufacturing, agriculture, sustainable living, and the oil, gas and minerals industries.
Rahu and Ketu transit Aries and Libra, respectively, from 19:11 to 19:04°. Rahu and Ketu are stationary in the 19-degree range from September 23rd until November 29th. The prolonged (10-week) movement of Rahu and Ketu is generally not ideal — worldwide. Additionally, people, companies, and countries with rising signs between 17 and 21 degrees, or with planets between 17 and 21 degrees in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius, should be especially careful and patient.
The Impact of the Transit Planets for each “Rising Sign” (not “Sun Sign”)
Aries: Be vigilant with partnerships, joint ventures and life abroad. These, along with pets, children, education and investments may be vulnerable to setbacks, accidents or obstructions. Be careful with debts, disputes, or health issues. Focus on your wealth, status and family life through mid-March. Make executive decisions, be direct with what you have to say. Be of service to others – and count on income and friendships at work through mid-Jan. Expenses or separations remain possible with father or religious figures and long-distance travel through mid-April. Money and friendships are favorable through March 2025.
Taurus: Connect property, vehicles and home life with partnerships, and joint ventures. Be vigilant with debts, disputes, health or legal issues. These may involve pets, children, education or investments. Be extra considerate to the women in your life on Fridays. Good fortune at work is with you through mid-January. Be patient, however, with personal expenses and separations through mid-March. Your best bet until then may be with ashrams, retreats, institutions, or foreign lands. Take action and consider yoga, sports, or martial arts. There may be a marriage, windfall, legal or insurance settlement through March. Earn money from teaching, publishing and advisory roles through mid-April.
Gemini: Continue to get extra rest. Three planets are in your sixth house, which is not ideal. These may involve debts, disputes, health or legal issues with communications, independent projects, property, vehicles, home life, pets, children, education and investments. Father figures and long-distance journeys remain vulnerable through mid-January. Be patient with income and friendships. These may vulnerable to losses, expenses and separations – or ashrams, retreats, institutions or foreign lands – through mid-March. On the other hand, you should be able to count on good fortune with your career — connected with marriage, partnerships, joint ventures or foreign lands – through mid-April. Teach, publish, consult and advise.
Cancer: Put all your eggs in one basket – relative to your children, education and investments. Expects good results with your wealth, status, family life, communications, independent projects, property, vehicles, fixed assets, home life and spiritual pursuits. On the other hand, continue to be patient with relationships through mid-January. Fortunately, you should be able to count on income and friendships at work through mid-March! You also have some protection against debts, disputes, health or legal issues through next March — except when Jupiter is close to your rising sign degree — or any planet in your horoscope — by aspect or conjunction.
Leo: Focus on property, vehicles, fixed assets and home life. These are connected with your wealth, status, family life, communications and independent projects. Redecorate your home and consider a new car – turn your house into a palace. Flowers, music, art and luxuries would be ideal. Work from home on writing, business and entrepreneurial ventures. Make executive decisions and expect good fortune at work through mid-March. Remain patient with relationships, joint ventures, and foreign lands through mid-January. Mixed results are likely with children, education and investments – ranging from setbacks, accidents, and obstructions to marriage, inheritance, windfalls, legal or insurance issues — through mid-April.
Virgo: Focus on independent projects — connected with writing, business, finance, medicine, communications, large organizations, authority figures, and the fine, healing or performing arts. Be patient, however, with short-lived losses, expenses and separations. Protect your pets, children, education and investments through mid-Jan. (Consider oil, gas, minerals, agriculture, or manufacturing investments.) Take care of father/religious figures and with long-distance journeys through mid-March. Fortunately, Jupiter in Pisces through mid-April should add protective covering to relationships — and is favorable for marriage, property, vehicles, home life, partnerships, joint ventures, and living abroad.
Libra: Continue to focus on your wealth, status and family life, but remain patient with expenses and separations. Ashrams, retreats, institutions, or international ventures may be forefront through December 4th. Expect support with income and friendships through mid-Dec. Connect pets, children, education and investments with property, vehicles, and home life through mid-January. Be patient, however, with partnerships, joint ventures or living abroad through mid-March. These may be vulnerable to setbacks. Consider independent projects — involving law, medicine, finances, social work, psychology and being of service to others through mid-April – but be vigilant to manage debts and disputes with these as well.
Scorpio: Take a leadership position and focus on your career — along with writing, business, finance, technology, communications and intellectual property. Get a haircut and consider a day spa. Income, friendships, retreats, institutions or foreign lands may be forefront. Be patient, however, to manage expenses and separations. Work out of your home on independent projects through mid-Jan. Be vigilant, however, with partnerships and joint ventures through mid-March; these may be vulnerable to setbacks. Fortunately, the transit of Jupiter and Saturn through favorable houses, should add protective covering through next March. Children, education, investments and spiritual pursuits should do well through mid-April.
Sagittarius: Continue to be patient. There may be expenses, separations, retreats, institutions or foreign lands relative to father/religious figures, the workplace, income, friendships, communications and long-distance journeys. Expect some relief in early December and more relief after mid-December. Independent, entrepreneurial ventures do well through mid-January. Take care of pets, children, education and investments through mid-March; these may involve debts, disputes, health or legal issues. You still have Jupiter in your fourth house until mid-April. This supports property, vehicles, fixed assets and home life. Teach, publish and advise — from home. Divine grace is likely with you and your family.
Capricorn: Expect income and friendships at work — relative to women, business, technology, communications, and the fine, healing or performing arts. Be patient, however, to also manage setbacks and obstructions and to avoid accidents. There may be gains with from research and with marriage, windfalls, inheritance, legal or insurance settlements. Fortunately, your wealth, status and family life are favorably disposed through mid-January. Connect property, vehicles, fixed assets and home life with pets, children, education and investments through mid-March. Focus on independent projects – teach, publish and advise – associated with institutions, spiritual or religious centers, and long-distance places through mid-April.
Aquarius: Expect a mixture of good fortune and setbacks with your career. Consider research and focus on business and communications. Take care of father and religious figures and be careful with long-distance travel. Connect with women and focus on the fine, healing or performing arts. Take a leadership position at work and ask for a raise or promotion. Consider partnerships and joint ventures in the through mid-December. Continue to be patient with expenses and separations and to consider ashrams, retreats, institutions or international ventures through mid-January. Work out of your home on independent, entrepreneurial ventures through mid-March. Income and friendships support your wealth, status and family life through next mid-April. Speak up as a teacher, publisher, consultant or religious leader.
Pisces: Be patient through early December with relationships. These may be vulnerable to delays, accidents or obstructions. Some underlying good fortune may add protective covering. You should also see an improvement with debts, disputes, health or legal issues. Father or religious figures, however, may have these problems. Gain from being of service to others, but be patient with income and friendships through mid-January. These may involve expenses, separations, or international ventures. You should be able to count on success with independent projects involving property, yoga, sports, martial arts and your organizing skills through mid-March. Jupiter remains in Pisces in your first house until next mid-April. This brings luck and career opportunities. Teach, publish, consult and advise. Many people will come to you for advice.
