Planetary Transits for July 9th — July 22nd
(Interpretations based on the Systems’ Approach to Vedic Astrology)
Notes: This report is now published twice monthly — on Sundays — near the 1st and 15th of the month. This also coincides with the movement of the Sun into each sign/house around the middle of each month.
Notable Transits:
Jupiter is under the third aspect of Saturn until July 15th. This connects law and justice with the masses, the elderly, and the poor and needy. Cancer, Virgo, and Pisces rising sign persons, companies and countries, (including USA and Russia) should be careful and patient.
Mars is under the fifth aspect of Rahu until July 18th. This may represent sudden issues with the police, military, athletes, surgeons, executives, property matters, and men who are like brothers.
Transits for the next two weeks:
Sun transits out of Gemini and into Cancer, July 16th at 6:37 p.m. Sun is weak in degrees, but outside the orb of influence of other planets – and should be favorable for leaders, physicians, administrators and government officials.
Moon is waning/waxing and transits Pisces through Virgo. The new Moon is in Cancer, July 17th.
Mars transits Leo, from 05:02 to 13:36°. Mars is under the fifth aspect of Rahu until July 18th. There may be sudden issues for the police, military, athletes, surgeons, engineers, executives, and property matters, etc.
Mercury transits Cancer, from 01:53 to 27:15°. Mercury is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This should be favorable for writing, business, brokering, technology, communications and intellectual property.
Jupiter transits Aries, from 16:27 to 18:28°. Jupiter moves away from the third aspect of Saturn. This should be favorable for law, judges, banking, religion, education, etc. Jupiter is in Aries through April 30, 2024. This connects law and justice with Mars. Expect courageous and executive decisions (without fear or favor) regarding legal matters through February 2024.
Taurus, Virgo, and Scorpio rising sign persons, companies, and countries, however, should also be careful and patient as Jupiter is in their twelfth, eighth, and sixth (inauspicious) houses, respectively, through April 2024.
Venus transits Leo, from 01:05 to 04:25°. Venus is weak in degrees, until August 15th. Be patient with women, romance, medicine, finance, luxuries, social media, architecture, transportation, and the fine, healing and performing arts.
Saturn transits its own sign, Aquarius, from 12:39 to 12:02°. This should be favorable for the masses, the elderly, the poor and needy, manufacturing, agriculture, and the oil, gas and minerals industries. Saturn is in retrograde motion until November 4. This is not a problem for most people. Cancer, Virgo, and Pisces rising sign persons, companies and countries (including USA and Russia), however, should be careful and patient whenever Saturn is within five degrees of another planet, or the rising sign degree, in any house – by conjunction or aspect.
Rahu and Ketu transit Aries and Libra, respectively, from 06:37 to 04:54°. People, companies, and countries with rising signs between 3 and 7 degrees, or with planets between 3 and 7 degrees in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius, should be careful and patient.

These can also be connected with children, education and investments. Be patient with property, vehicles and home life to manage debts or disputes through August 8th. For some of you there may be a relocation, or losses and expenses with these significations through August 17th. Continue to exercise care and patience with marriage, windfalls, inheritance, legal or insurance settlements through next April. GEMINI: Take a leadership position associated with entrepreneurial ventures through July 16th. Connect these with women, executive decisions, property matters, and the fine, healing or performing arts through August 6th.
