Planetary Transits for February 19th – February 25th
(Interpretations based on the Systemsʻ Approach to Vedic Astrology)
Notes: Sun, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn are all in fairly good planetary strength – and are not under the close influence of Rahu or Ketu. Hopefully, this is a good sign. However, as we learned the hard way recently, the transits of the planets also have to be considered in conjunction with individual charts – for persons, companies or countries.
Transits for this Week:
Sun transits Aquarius, from 06:08 to 13:11°. This connects leaders, physicians, administrators and government officials with the masses, the working class, the elderly, and the poor and the needy, along with agriculture and manufacturing.
Moon is waning/waxing and transits Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces and Aries. The new Moon is in Aquarius, Feb. 20th at 1:05 a.m. CST.
Mars transits Taurus, from 21:17 to 23:51°. Mars is in strong degrees and is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This should be favorable for the police, military, athletes, surgeons, executives, engineers, and property matters.
Mars remains in Taurus until March 13th. Gemini, Libra and Sagittarius rising sign persons should be patient with income friendships and older siblings; partnerships, joint ventures and foreign lands; and children, education and investments, respectively.
Mercury transits Capricorn, from 17:02 to 28:00°. Mercury is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This should be favorable for stocks, finance, business, technology, communications and intellectual property – connected with the masses, working class persons and the elderly and the poor and needy.
Jupiter transits its own sign, Pisces, from 15:33 to 17:04° and is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This is favorable for law and justice – and sheds light on the illicit activities of deceptive and manipulative persons and organizations.
Venus transits its exaltation sign, Pisces, from 04:29 to 13:05°. Venus is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This should be favorable for women, romance, medicine, finance, luxuries, and the fine, healing and performing arts.
Saturn transits its own sign, Aquarius, from 03:52 to 04:42°. Saturn remains in Aquarius until late March 2025. This is mostly favorable for the significations of Saturn, worldwide — with some exceptions from time to time that will be published in this report as needed.
Rahu and Ketu transit Aries and Libra, respectively, from 12:13 to 11:41°. People, companies, and countries with rising signs between 9 and 13 degrees, or with planets between 9 and 13 degrees in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius, should be especially careful and patient.
The Impact of the Transit Planets for each “Rising Sign” (not “Sun Sign”)
Aries: Be patient with relationships through March 11th. There may be losses, expenses and separations. On the other hand, you should be able to enjoy your wealth, status and family life through March 12th. Make executive decisions and consider property matters. Connect children, education and investments with income and friendships – and expect gains through mid-March. Long-distance or religious travel is possible through mid-April. Saturn, in your eleventh house until late March 2025, should be favorable for income and friendships. Work hard work and be of service to others. Earn from things of the earth, such as oil, gas, minerals, agriculture, manufacturing and sustainable living.
Taurus: Continue to expect good fortune with pets, children, education and investments for another week. Be patient, however, to manage debts or disputes with income, friendships, and older siblings through March 11th. Connect property, vehicles, fixed assets, home life, or travel with your career. You may spend more time at work than at home. Income and friendships may be vulnerable through mid-April — although a windfall or settlement is also possible. Saturn, in your tenth house until March 2025, is exceptionally favorable for leading the masses, the elderly, and/or the poor and needy. Gemini: Continue to exercise patience with property, vehicles and home life for one more week. These may be vulnerable to setbacks or accidents. Connect pets, children, education and investments with your career through March 11th. Expect good fortune with communications, independent projects and entrepreneurial ventures through mid-March. Focus on women and the fine, healing and performing arts in the workplace. Teach, publish and advise – and enjoy good fortune with your career through mid-April. Saturn, in your ninth house until late March 2025, is a major improvement over the past three years – and brings good fortune associated with hard work, religious or spiritual pursuits, and being of service to others. There may also be connections with the oil, gas, and minerals industries, along with building, manufacturing, agriculture, social work, physical therapy or sustainable living.
Cancer: Continue to connect communications and independent projects with partnerships, joint ventures, and long-distance places for one more week.
