Notes:  In the horoscope for the USA, transit 6^th house ruler, Jupiter, is closely conjunct the 4^th house ruler, Venus. This is likely to cause debts, disputes, mental tension, health and legal issues, and civil unrest — relative to property*, the weather, and domestic peace through the national election, especially August 15 – October 15 when they are closest together.

Where the Vedic Astrology Planets are this Week

• Sun transits out of its own sign, Leo, and into Virgo, Sept. 16^th at 8:38 a.m. Sun remains under the 9^th aspect of Jupiter until Sept. 14^th. This connects leaders, physicians, administrators and governments with law, religion, education, publishing and teaching.  Taurus, Cancer and Capricorn rising sign persons, companies and countries, (including USA), are likely under stress for a few more days.
• Moon is waning and transits Taurus, Gemini, Cancer and into Leo.
• Mars transits its own sign, Aries, from 03:59 to 03:40°. Mars is in retrograde motion until November 13^th. The adverse effects are only for Taurus, Virgo, and Scorpio horoscopes, and only when Mars is within 5 degrees of the rising sign degree (in any house) or another planet by aspect or conjunction.
• Mars is also under the close 5^th aspect of Ketu, to a greater or lesser extent until December 24^th (with the most difficult time being Oct. 4 – 20). This is not ideal for sports, surgeons, the military, police, property, construction, engineering, executives, et al. There may also be an increase in strokes, brain tumors or physical injuries.
• Mercury transits its own sign, Virgo, from 12:44 to 22:58°. Mercury is outside the orb of influence of other planets.  This should be helpful for stocks business, writing, communications, technology and intellectual property.
• Jupiter transits its own sign, Sagittarius, from 23:16 to 23:17°. Jupiter outside the orb of influence of other planets and is in good strength. This should be helpful for law, religion and education.
• Venus transits Cancer, from 10:07 to 17:55°. Venus is outside the orb of other planets. This should be favorable for women, luxuries, entertainment, and the fine, healing and performing arts.
• Saturn transits its own sign, Capricorn, from 01:29 to 01:18°. Saturn is in retrograde motion, May 11 – Sept. 29. The adverse effects are only for Cancer, Virgo and Pisces horoscopes (including USA) – and only when Saturn is within 5 degrees of the rising sign degree (in any house) or another planet by aspect or conjunction.
• Rahu and Ketu transit Gemini and Sagittarius, respectively, from 01:01 to 00:25°. Persons, companies and countries with planets in “odd” signs (Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius) between 0 and 2 degrees — or whenever Rahu or Ketu are within 5 degrees of their rising sign degree (in any house), or any planet (by aspect or conjunction) should be careful and patient.
