Planetary Transits for February 5th – February 11th
(Interpretations based on the Systemsʻ Approach to Vedic Astrology)
Planetary Notes: None of the slower-moving planets are under the influence of Rahu and Ketu this week. This may keep stress to a lesser extent. Saturn is also now in its own sign, Aquarius, until March 28, 2025. This is mostly favorable for the significations of Saturn, worldwide — with some exceptions from time to time that will be published in this report as needed.
Transits for this Week:
Sun transits Capricorn, from 21:58 to 29:03°. This connects leaders, physicians, administrators and government officials with the masses, the elderly, and the poor and the needy, along with building, agriculture, manufacturing and industrial activities.
Moon is waxing/waning and transits Cancer, Leo, Virgo and into Libra. The full Moon is in Cancer, Feb. 5th, at 12:29 p.m. CST.
Mars transits Taurus, from 17:05 to 19:00°. Mars is in strong degrees and is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This should be favorable for the police, military, athletes, surgeons, executives, engineers, and property matters.
Mars remains in Taurus until March 13th. Gemini, Libra and Sagittarius rising sign persons should be patient with income friendships and older siblings; partnerships, joint ventures and foreign lands; and children, education and investments, respectively.
Mercury transits out of Sagittarius and into Capricorn, Feb. 6th at 7:59 p.m. CST. Mercury is weak in degrees until Feb. 10th. Be patient with stocks, business, technology, and communications.
Jupiter transits its own sign, Pisces, from 12:41 to 14:05° and is outside the orb of influence of other planets. This is favorable for law and justice – and sheds light on the illicit activities of deceptive and manipulative persons and organizations.
Venus transits Aquarius, from 17:11 to 25:51°. Venus is in good strength and is favorable for women, medicine, finance, luxuries, entertainment and the fine, healing and performing arts.
Saturn transits its own sign, Aquarius, from 02:10 to 03:01°. Saturn remains in Aquarius until late March 2025. This is mostly favorable worldwide, with some exceptions that will be published in this report from time to time.
Rahu and Ketu transit Aries and Libra, respectively, from 13:42 to 12:44°. People, companies, and countries with rising signs between 10 and 15 degrees, or with planets between 10 and 15 degrees in Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius, should be especially careful and patient.
The Impact of the Transit Planets for each “Rising Sign” (not “Sun Sign”)
Aries: Connect children, education and investments with your career – and take a leadership position at work through Feb. 12th. Reach out to authority figures and ask for a raise or promotion. You may receive an award or recognition. Expect gains, income and friendships from partnerships and joint ventures through Feb. 14th. Focus on your wealth, status and family life through March 12th. Enjoy success with property and family life. Travel is possible through mid-April. Saturn, in your eleventh house until late March 2025, should be favorable for income and friendships. Work hard work and be of service to others. Earn from things of the earth, such as oil, gas, minerals, agriculture, manufacturing and sustainable living.
Taurus: Expect relief with pets, children, education and investments after Feb. 6th. These have been vulnerable since early Dec. There may also be good fortune with property, vehicles, fixed assets, home life, or travel through Feb. 12th. Connect your career with women, law, medicine, finance or entertainment – or the fine, healing or performing arts. Be vigilant to manage debts, disputes, fire, theft or false allegations in the workplace. Income and friendships may be vulnerable through mid-April — although a windfall is also possible. Saturn, in your tenth house until March 2025, is exceptionally favorable for leading the masses, the elderly, and/or the poor and needy. Be of service to others – even as massage or physical therapist. You can also connect your career with oil, gas, minerals, building, social work, agriculture, manufacturing or sustainable living.
Gemini: Expect good fortune with pets, children, education and investments. On the other hand, be patient with entrepreneurial ventures through Feb. 12th. Property, vehicles, and home life may also be vulnerable to delays, setbacks, accidents or obstructions through Feb. At the same time, there is also a chance for a windfall, legal or insurance settlement. Income and friendships remain subject to expenses and separations – or long-distance ventures and relocation — through mid-March. Teach, publish and advise – and expect good fortune with your career through mid-April. Saturn, in your ninth house until late March 2025, is a major improvement over the past three years – and brings good fortune associated with hard work, religious or spiritual pursuits, and being of service to others. Cancer: Enjoy partnerships, joint ventures and long-distance places through Feb. 12th. Be patient, however, with property, vehicles and home life through Feb. 14th. Virgo: Be careful with your wealth, status, speech and family life through Feb. 14th. These may be vulnerable to debts, disputes or health issues. Be patient with losses, expenses or separations through Feb. 12th. Take care of father/religious figures and with travel through mid-March. Saturn, in your sixth house until late March 2025, may provide protection against debts, disputes, health or legal issues — and help you overcome obstacles. Work hard and be of service to others. Libra: Continue to expect income and friendships connected with property, vehicles and home life through Feb. 12th. Focus on pets, children, education and investments through Feb. 14th. Scorpio: Continue to connect your career with communications, independent projects and entrepreneurial ventures through Feb. 12th. Be patient, however, with losses, expenses, and separations with property, vehicles and home life through Feb. 14th. Relationships may also be vulnerable through mid-March – relative to debts, disputes, health or legal issues. On the other hand, children, education, investments and spiritual pursuits should do well through mid-April. Sagittarius: Be a leader, speak up as an authority figure, and expect good fortune with family life through Feb. 12th. Travel is also possible. Jupiter, in Pisces, is favorable for property, vehicles, and home life through mid-April. Teach, publish and advise – working from your home. Saturn, in your third house until late March 2025, is favorable for communications, mental development, entrepreneurial ventures, and working with friendships. Help others (such as being a physical or massage therapist, social worker, or yoga/dance instructor). Capricorn: Take a leadership position, but be patient with setbacks and to avoid accidents through Feb. 12th. For some of you, a wedding or windfall is also possible. Expect success at work through Feb. 14th. This can be associated with women and the fine, healing or performing arts. These may be connected with accidents, marriage, inheritance or windfalls. Fortunately, you may also have success with independent projects through mid-March. Jupiter blesses you with good fortune and career opportunities through mid-April. Teach, publish, consult and advise. Saturn, in your twelfth house until late March 2025, is favorable for relocation, travel or life abroad, and working with institutions – including prisons, ashrams, hospitals, clinics and spas, and educational organizations. Marriage, intimacy and sleep patterns should also be favorable – and reduce problems against expenses, confinement or hospitalization.
