Planetary Transits for February 13th – February 19th
(Interpretations based on the Systemsʻ Approach to Vedic Astrology)
The increasing strength of Jupiter:
Jupiter’s transit in and out of its debilitation sign, Capricorn, for about 20 months is over. Jupiter has regained strength, so we are seeing signs of a coming prolonged period of support for law and justice, This is likely to come to fruition when Jupiter is in its own sign, Pisces, mid-April 2022 to mid-April 2023.
Transits for this Week:
Sun transits Aquarius from 00:20 to 07:24°. Sun is weak in degrees until Feb. 17th. Presidents, leaders, physicians, administrators, and governments should get extra rest.
Moon is waxing/waning and transits Gemini, Cancer, Leo and into Virgo. The full Moon is in Leo, Feb. 16th at 11:56 a.m., CST.
Mars transits Sagittarius, from 20:14 to 25:24°. Mars is strong in degrees. This should be favorable for the military, police, dentists, surgeons, athletes, builders, executives, architects, fire fighters and property matters.
Mars is closely conjunct Venus until March 20th. Taurus, Scorpio, and Pisces rising sign persons, companies, and countries (including India) should be careful and patient.
Mercury transits Capricorn, from 04:23 to 11:21°. Mercury remains under the ninth aspect of Rahu until Feb. 16th. Be vigilant with stocks, writing, business, finance, technology, and communications. These are vulnerable to sudden issues and massive swings.
Jupiter transits Aquarius, from 15:55 to 17:35°. This should be favorable for law, banking, religion, education, teaching, publishing, and advisory roles. Jupiter is in Aquarius until April 13th.
Venus transits Sagittarius, from 20:54 to 24:59°. This should be favorable for women, medicine, luxuries, entertainment, transportation and the fine, healing and performing arts. Venus is closely conjunct Mars until March 20th. Taurus, Virgo, and Scorpio rising sign persons, companies, and countries (including India) should be careful and patient.
Saturn transits its own sign, Capricorn, from 22:47 to 23:37°. This is favorable for the masses, the elderly, immigrants, and working-class persons – along with manufacturing, agriculture and the oil, gas, and minerals industries.
Rahu and Ketu transit their exaltation signs Taurus and Scorpio, respectively, from 03:30 to 02:08°. People, companies, and countries with a rising sign between 0 to 4 degrees — or with any planets in even signs (Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces) also in these degrees, should be careful and patient. The Impact of the Transit Planets for each “Rising Sign” (not “Sun Sign”)
Aries: Continue to enjoy good fortune with marriage, partnerships, and joint ventures. These are associated with income, friendships, and your professional life. There are also likely gains with pets, children, education, investments, authority figures and large organizations through mid-March. Gemini: Expect improvement with communications, authority figures, and independent entrepreneurial activities. Be patient, however, with setbacks with property, vehicles, fixed assets, and home life through March 5th. Expect income and friendships associated with partnerships and joint ventures – and also connected with pets, children, education and investments. Teach, publish, and advise through mid-April – but be patient with delays, setbacks, or obstructions.
Cancer: Connect communications and independent projects with partnerships, joint ventures and/or foreign lands through March 5th. Be patient, however, with your wealth, status and family life through mid-March; these may be vulnerable or subject to delays and setbacks. Be vigilant at work to manage debts, disputes, health or legal issues through Feb. 25th. Similar issues may also be associated with women, property, vehicles and home life through Feb. 26th. Take care of your health and finances — and do your best to stay out of conflicts through mid-April.
Leo: Focus on marriage, partnerships, joint ventures, and/or foreign lands through mid-March. Expect fluctuations ranging from stress to good fortune with independent projects, entrepreneurial ventures, father and religious figures, and long-distance journeys. These are also associated with children, education and investments. Be patient to manage your wealth, status and family life through March 5th. These may be subject to debts, disputes, health or legal issues.
Virgo: Focus on your pets, children, education, investments and spiritual pursuits through March 5th. Be patient, however, with losses, expenses, separations, insomnia, intimacy, institutional situations and international ventures through mid-March.
